Idea Analysis In the initial stage, we analyze the idea together with the client, verify its feasibility using EVA/EVA++ technology, and define basic technical and functional parameters of the product.

Injection Molding Service
We handle production both using customer-owned molds and in a contract manufacturing model, offering professional injection outsourcing without the need for investment in equipment.

Creating 2D Technical Drawing
The design process involves preparing a 2D drawing, verification and revisions, creating a 3D model, and producing a physical prototype that allows ergonomic and visual assessment of the product.

Pilot mold production
At this stage, we create the mold according to the design and conduct initial production trials, making necessary corrections to achieve perfect detail quality.

Sample Delivery and Trial Production
We deliver pilot samples for evaluation, store molds in our factory, and offer trial production in short test or marketing series.

Material selection
After mold approval, we begin full-scale production, subject each batch to detailed quality control, and fulfill deliveries according to the client’s schedule.
