Consent for Personal Data Processing
consent to the processing of personal data provided through the contact form.
- Based on Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), I consent to the processing of personal data contained in the agreement and provided documents for the purpose of contact through the electronic contact form.
By using the contact form and providing any personal data through it, I acknowledge that:
- The administrator of personal data is SAPRO SYSTEM Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Szarlejka, Łukaszewicza 40, 42-130 Wręczyca Wielka, Poland, VAT ID: PL5742078572, REGON: 525188247, National Court Register (KRS): 0001033227, Share capital: 1,000,000.00 PLN.
- Providing data is voluntary, but it is mandatory in order to receive feedback.
The purpose of processing data is to establish contact through the form on the Administrator’s website.
- The data controller is the Administrator.
- Data will not be transferred to a third country or to international organizations.
- Data will be stored for the period necessary to maintain contact, and after its termination (unless further cooperation is established) for a period of 10 years.
- I have the right to access data, request their correction, deletion, or restriction of processing (by postal contact – SAPRO SYSTEM Sp. z o.o., Szarlejka, Łukaszewicza 40, 42-130 Wręczyca Wielka, Poland, with the note “GDPR” or by phone at +48 34 317 66 24).
- I have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time, and the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data under Article 7(3) of the above-mentioned Regulation does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
- I have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection.
- Data will not be profiled.
- I have the right to object to the processing of personal data.
